Out of our three source systems, the only source table you need to configure yourself is the enigma table from the AWS COVID-19 data lake. Follow the Starburst Galaxy data lake tutorial to create this enigma_jhu table within the now existing S3 source catalog.

I hope this brought you some clarity in regards to the benefits that occur when you combine two of my favorite technologies in the data space. Try this tutorial out for yourself using Starburst Galaxy, and then come visit me at Coalesce booth #304 and tell me about what you think.
Note that the file we just downloaded is not sequencing data itself. Rather, it is metadata describing properties of sequencing reads. We will filter this list down to just a few accessions that will be used in the remainder of this tutorial.
The first three items are actually collections of datasets. Collections in Galaxy are logical groupings of datasets that reflect the semantic relationships between them in the experiment / analysis. In this case the tool creates a separate collection each for paired-end reads, single reads, and other.See the Collections tutorials for more.
In this part of the tutorial we will perform variant calling and basic analysis of the datasets downloaded above. We will start by downloading the Wuhan-Hu-1 SARS-CoV-2 reference sequence, then run adapter trimming, alignment and variant calling and finally look at the geographic distribution of some of the found variants.
This tutorial uses a subset of the data and runs through theVariation Analysissection of covid19.galaxyproject.org.The data for covid19.galaxyproject.org isbeing updated continuously as new datasets are made public.
Further information, including links to documentation and original publications, regarding the tools, analysis techniques and the interpretation of results described in this tutorial can be found here.

The bottom two options are used for installing specific components of a Metal As A Service (MAAS) install. If you are installing MAAS, you should check out the MAAS documentation for more information on this! The rest of this tutorial assumes you select the first option, Install Ubuntu.
Now go back up to the unknown device that appeared in Device Manager when you switched on device USB debugging and right click on this item (has yellow exclamation mark), right click on it and then select Update Driver Software, and then Browse My Computer, Let Me Pick, click on the Have Disk button and browse to find the myname.inf. Continue to agree to all the prompts warning you it might not be the right driver. As the final step, Windows should have identified the device as Android ADB Interface and once that is done, you should be able to go back, open your CMD window and run the command "adb devices" as instructed in this tutorial and now you should see that the phone is now discovered and communicating.
All devices, if rooted, can utilize various software options to enter recovery from within Android. I've previously highlighted some of these options in this tutorial. While the article is geared toward a Nexus 5, all options listed should work just fine on all of the above-listed phones and tablets.

Hello, I'm running on a T-Mobile SGH T989 (galaxy sII, Hercules) and trying to flash CM12. The tutorials are telling me to use TWRP--hit Wipe--Hit Advanced Wipe--Select Internal SD... Mine doesn't offer that. I'm using the version of TWRP that they are. Any ideas where i might be messing up?
Thankfully, as we'll see in this tutorial, it's easy to add stars to your images with Photoshop! And since we're creating the stars ourselves, we have complete control over just how "starry" the sky appears. In fact, the techniques we'll be learning here are the same ones used to create star-filled backgrounds in movies. So while the results probably won't fool any astronomers in the family, this star effect is more than realistic enough for pretty much everyone else.
For this tutorial, I'm using Photoshop CC but every step is compatible with Photoshop CS6. You can also follow along with my video of this tutorial on our YouTube channel. Or download this tutorial as a print-readyPDF!
And there we have it! That's how to add stars to your images with Photoshop! Check out our Photo Effects section for more tutorials! And don't forget, all of our tutorials are now available to download as PDFs! 2ff7e9595c
